1. This was really good! Very flavorful! I fixed it in my pressure cooker for about 40 minutes. I used one chicken breast and a ham bone that I had in my freezer with about 3 cups of water along with the onion, stewed tomatoes, catsup, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tabasco and brown sugar. When tender I removed the meat and I used canned butter beans, lima beans, and a can of corn that I drained along with the celery and majoram and potatoes and cooked for an extra three minutes in the pressure cooker. When finished, I added back in the meat. Yum!

 2. Very good.

 3. Awesome recipe - my whole family loved this! I left out the Lima beans because my wife doesn't like them, but otherwise followed the recipe.

 4. I made this using some of Recipe #26257 in place of the chicken. It was cooked in the crockpot all day and made a delicious evening meal. As with a lot of crockpot dishes, leftovers were even better. Thanks for posting.

 5. All I can say is that it was delicious. :D Great recipe!

I am a Southern Belle through and through seeing as my upbringing was in LA........That would be Lower Alabama. I think growing up in a Southern family requires you to know how to make people happy by feeding them. So it became my specialty.

I love to collect recipes. I'm always hitting thrift stores in hopes to find old cookbooks. I may be a little overloaded on the books, but you can never have to many right?

I enjoy going to small little cooking classes when I can.I was able to go to a weekend cooking class in Italy while my family was stationed in the UK. That is where my picture posted here came from. I had such a wonderful experience!

In my spare time I bowl on a couple of leagues. I also had a summer job where I learned to do some beaded jewelry, and it kind of became a liked hobby of mine.
