  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 roasting chicken, cut up
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 1 (10 ounce) can water, use soup can

Directions

  1. Put rice in bottom of large baking dish.
  2. Roll chicken in melted butter, place on rice.
  3. Mix chicken soup, water, salt and pepper and pour over chicken.
  4. Bake on 350 about 1 hour.
