Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray large casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. Lay two tortillas in bottom of dish, overlapping slightly.
  4. Top with a layer of chicken, a layer of cheese, and a layer of salsas.
  5. Repeat layers until dish is full, finishing with a layer of salsa (pattern should repeat 6 times).
  6. Bake until hot and bubbly (25 minutes.).
  7. Garnish with olives and cilantro, if desired.
