  1. Chop potatoes & onions using food processor.
  2. Drain & rinse beans.
  3. Combine potatoes, onions, beans, and seasoning in crock pot; stir.
  4. Place chicken breasts on top of other ingredients.
  5. Cook 10hrs on low (or 6hrs on high).
  6. Shred chicken with fork (or in food processor) and stir in to chili.
