"This is a quick casserole, made from pantry items. You can use Canned Chicken or Rotisserie from the deli. My kids DEMAND this on Halloween before Trick-or-Treating. Enjoy!"

  • 1 (11 ounce) can chicken breast in water
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 0.5 (10 1/2 ounce) bag potato chips, plain, crushed into small crumbs
  • salt and pepper

  • First Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
  • Cook noodles to package directions, drain, rinse and set aside.
  • In the pan you cooked the noodles in, pour in the rest of the ingredients except the potato chips and combine.
  • Add back the noodles and mix well.
  • Pour noodle mixture into a 13x9 pan.
  • Top with crushed up potato chips.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
