- 2 tablespoons fat
- 3⁄4 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1⁄4 cup soya sauce
- 1⁄2 cup chicken stock
directions
- Heat fat in heavy skillet.
- Saute onion til lightly browned.
- Add celery, cabbage and salt.
- Cook 5 mins.
- Add chicken, soya sauce and stock.
- Cook over low heat and cover til vegetables are tender for about 15 mins.
- Serve with rice.
