  • 2 tablespoons fat
  • 34 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 14 cup soya sauce
  • 12 cup chicken stock

directions

  • Heat fat in heavy skillet.
  • Saute onion til lightly browned.
  • Add celery, cabbage and salt.
  • Cook 5 mins.
  • Add chicken, soya sauce and stock.
  • Cook over low heat and cover til vegetables are tender for about 15 mins.
  • Serve with rice.

i live in rural canada. i love to cook, penpalling, hockey,music, and wwe wrestling. also am a avid fishermen as well. my grandmother who was a great cook and baker (she owned and operated a bake shop for years) was my biggest inspiration for me learning to cook and bake.
