  • Begin by putting a tbs of oil into a medium sized skillet on medium high heat and another large pan with 1/4 inch of oil on the bottom on medium high heat.
  • Once hot begin putting the tortillas in the large skillet one at a time until slightly crispy. After one is done, repeat until all are finished. and set on a plate with paper towels.
  • Cut up chicken breast into one inch pieces and put in medium skillet with 1 tbs of cayenne and cook until tender. About 10 minutes, give or take.
  • Cut off both ends of the cumcumber and grate it.
  • Sauce: In a coffee or spice grinder, grind together the coriander, red pepper flakes and 1/2 tps of cayenne till a fine powder.
  • In a food proccessor combine sour cream, juice of 1 lemon, the tomatoes and the powder made above.
  • Now, BUILD YOUR TACO!
