  • Boil potatoes in salted water. Drain and mash with salt, pepper, butter and 1 cup milk. Set aside.
  • Poach chicken breast and cut into cubes.
  • Mix soup, salt, pepper,1 cup milk and 1-1/2 cup cheese.
  • In the bottom of a casserole dish, put brocolli florets, chicken and sauce.
  • Spread mashed potatoes over the top.
  • Mix remaining cheese with french fried onions. Sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 350 20-25 minutes or until casserole is heated through and top is browned.
