- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces green chilies, chopped
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
directions
- Bake chicken breasts @ 350 for 20 minutes then shred.
- Mix chicken and other ingredients in a casserole dish and bake @ 350 for 50 minutes.
- Yummy!
