  1. Boil Chicken Breasts for 15 minutes. Cut into pieces.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix with onions. Sautee with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken and 1.5 cups cheese. Remove from heat. Roll mixture into tortillas.
  4. Melt other 1/4 cup butter and combine with 1/2 cup flour. Whisk together.
  5. Add chicken broth.
  6. Stir constantly until simmering.
  7. Stir in sour cream and chiles.
  8. Pour over tortillas.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 425.
  10. Sprinkle with leftover cheese.
  11. Bake for additional 5 minutes.
  12. Serve.
