  1. This was SO good. I used 4 breast from 2 ready prepared rotissere chickens and saved to rest of the chickens for the snack attacks! I accidently bought green enchilada sauce instead of tace sauce. It still tasted wonderful. I guess it made my filling a bit thinner and I was afraid it would leak out too much from the rolled tortilla, so I just layered the filling, tortillas and cheese as a casserole. I ended up using an extra cup of cheese this way. Baked for 30 min. It was a huge hit with the family. I really like the taco seasoning with the chicken. I just cut up the rotissere chicken breasts into cubes and put them in the frying pan with some melted butter, the taco seasoning mix and a chopped onion and cooked on low a few minutes to soften the onion and let the chicken soak up the taco seasoning. Thanks for a great tasting recipe.

  2. I absolutely, positively love this recipe! one of my all time favorites!! Every time my wife asks what i want for dinner, this pops into my head at some point, and I usually push it back down, so I dont burn her out on making these. Dang LmillerRn, your husband sure is a lucky guy, beauty, intelligence AND you know how to cook!!!

  3. I only had two chicken breasts. Put half the soup, sour cream, green taco sauce mixture with the seasoned, cooked chicken and then put the other half on the top of the filled tortillas and then topped with the cheese. Only used half a bottle of green sauce as all I had on hand. Added some black olives when filling the tortillas. The recipe made 5 large tortillas, which was perfect for the two of us and gave us some left-overs for lunch the next day. This is a delicious recipe, LMillerRN, and look forward to making it often. 4. These were very rich and creamy. I did use fat free products except the cheese-it was 2% sharp cheddar. I also used red salsa-mild and added some chopped green chilis. I thought these actually tasted better the following day. Easy recipe and a good one! Thank you.

  5. This is a great recipe! My husband loved it and now his little brother is requesting it constantly. I'm sure we'll be making this for years to come. Thanks!!
