- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1⁄4 cup sherry wine
directions
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and salt.
- Melt butter.
- Add paprika and lemon juice.
- Roll chicken in butter mixture.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until done.
- Mix sherry wine, sour cream and mushrooms .
- Pour over chicken and bake 15 minutes more.
