  1. This is a great pizza! I got the recipe from Pampered Chef and it became an instant favorite. I use the refrigerated crust and thin Boboli sometimes too.

  2. Great Recipe! It is simple, easy to make, and really yummy. I have served it to company and they loved it. It looks a little more gourmet than your average pizza. I like it best with a Boboli thin crust, saves time too.

  3. I personally liked this but my family did not. I used leftover diced chicken and pre-cut frozen onions & peppers. (time saver). The flavor was good. Simple to make.

Tweaks

  1. Awesome recipe! I was intending to make regular fajitas, and discovered we were out of tortillas, so I looked at this recipe! I also used the Simple Salsa recipe (128822) someone suggested and it was perfect! I only made a few changes. I used 1 tsp. cumin instead of the chili powder, omitted the regular salt and used 1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic salt instead of the powder, reduced the onion to 1/2 c. becuase my salsa had a lot of onion, and omitted green peppers only because I didn't have them. The only addition I made was 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle for a little kick. This was a delicious recipe and my family loved it. We will be making this a lot!!!

I live in the San Francisco area and love it here. I discovered Recipezaar (then Food.com..Genius Kitchen) in 2001 and have been so happy to have my favorite recipes stored safely here. I am mother to 7 and grandmother to 7. I love to knit, smock, sew, etc., but my favorite hobby of the moment is traditional rug hooking. This is a sample of what I do.? It's called "November".? I dyed most of the wool myself. It is made from wool flannel, cut into strips a little less than 1/4" and then worked into a linen backing. This is my 3rd rug.
