“Spicy Pizza Chicken Fajita Style”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
  • 10 ounces roll refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 -1 12 cup picante sauce (I use hot but you can use whichever you like best)
  • 1 cup four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
  • sliced jalapeno (As many as you like)


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Add pepper and onion to skillet; cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  3. 3. Unroll the pizza dough onto a baking stone or a baking pan; pinch edges of dough with fingers to form a crust for the pizza.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of beans over the dough and add the picante sauce. Top with chicken and vegies; spinkle with cheese, and add jalapenos. Bake for 13 to 18 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
