  1. In a bowl, combine soup and egg. Mix Well.
  2. In a bowl (I use a large ziplock bag) combine flour, spices and cornstarch.
  3. Dredge chicken in soup mixture then flour/cornstarch mixture.
  4. Let stand on wire rack until mixture starts looking a little "opaque" on the chicken (usually about an hour).
  5. Fry in 1/4 inches oil until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve.
