1. LOVE IT! Comfort food you can take comfort in! Made this for my husband who love CFS, but we've cut out fried foods. I used the wheat saltines and tenderized round steak pounded thin. It was delicious! Served it with the low fat cream gravy. We'll definitely make this again. I am shocked how well it stood up to its fatty cousin and how much color and crunch it had with just some cooking spray! I have already shared with others and will try the same breading technique on fish and chicken.

 2. Can't believe this is low fat! My only problem is that I think my stove just cooks too hot....my breading got a little dark, so I will reduce the heat next time. Served with your Recipe #291170. Thanks for sharing!

 3. Delicious! I only used 2 steaks for the 2 of us and it worked out great. I also used oyster crackers instead of the saltines. What a nice treat for DH. Thanks for posting. :)

 4. DH enjoyed this. He has been begging for cfs and I have been saying NO bc of the fat and calories. Thanks for a tasty way that he can enjoy this!

 5. You have a winner, here! Bravo, absolutely adored this and was so glad I got to try it. I had round steak that I pounded thinner & then dredged in flour, egg sub, and Triscuit's (reduced fat) (all I had) but was so good, I just wanted eat more! This was so great and made the cream gravy too. This really was wonderful, and can hardly wait to make this soon again. Very flavor able. I did increase the pepper, as I am a pepper freak. Thank you, MsSally!

First, I'd like thank everyone who reviews my recipes. I can't thank each of you personally although I try.

I Live in central Virginia, 5 miles from where I grew up, w/ my Husband of 17 years and my beautiful daughter. She is 10 and is the joy of my life. We waited for a long time to be blessed with a child and it is the best thing I've ever done. Be a mother.

I love to cook. We eat very healthy, after a life altering experience at 31 I've been on a journey to be healthy and lose weight. I've lost 50 lbs and have kept most all of it off for the last 9 years. There are always fluxs, durring stressful times, but I've mananged to keep most of the weight off. My best advice to anyone trying to lose weight is to remember that it didn't get there overnight and it won't come off overnight.
