  • Using a food processor, blend the bread to fine breadcrumbs.
  • Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and spread over a large baking tray.
  • Dip the chicken in the beaten egg & coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Lay the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the fridge for 30mins.
  • Spray chicken with the olive oil spray and oven cook for 10-15 minutes at 200°c/Gas mark 6.
  • Serve with tzatziki, guacamole or tomato salsa.
