Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together, coat chicken thoroughly.
  2. Saute chicken in butter until golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and bouillon cube.
  4. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken to warm platter.
  6. Whisk together remaining ingredients.
  7. Stir into chicken broth, cook until thickened.
  8. Pour gravy over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with pine nuts just before serving.
