Chicken in Sour Cream

"We had this at my husbands bosses house years ago and we have been making it ever since. I personally take all the skin off the chicken but if you want you can leave it on the legs."

  • 7 -11 pieces chicken (breasts, legs or thighs.)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package campbells dry onion soup mix
  • 12 pint sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed

directions

  • Place chicken in baking dish skin side up.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Cove with lid or foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1-1/4- 1 1/2 hours.
  • N.B. Always remove skin from breasts and thighs.
