Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and brown in butter.
  2. Combine consomme and cornstarch.
  3. Add potatoes, apples and raisins to chicken.
  4. Pour consomme mixture over chicken.
  5. Cook, covered over a medium flam for 20 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms, pineapple, peaches, grapes and green pepper.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add bananas and simmer for 5 minutes more.
