ingredients
- 3 -4 chicken breasts
- 3⁄4 cup wine, Rose or 3/4 cup chablis
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce (may use less)
- 1⁄4 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic, close
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
directions
- Mix all togather except chicken in casserole.
- Add chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn chicken occasionally while baking.
- Serve over rice.
