  • Using a food processor make a paste of the garlic, ginger and onion.
  • Add the paste to the rest of the ingredients except chicken and ghee.
  • Add marinade to chicken pieces.
  • Marinate overnight.
  • Heat ghee in deep skillet.
  • Add marinated chicken.
  • Cook over low heat until you see the oil and marinade separate and chicken is well cooked (30 min).
  • serve hot.
  • Prep time does not include overnight marinating time.
