  • Melt butter in Dutch oven and brown chicken.
  • Remove meat and brown onion and garlic.
  • Add seasonings, tomatoes, broth and mushrooms.
  • Put the chicken back in and simmer, covered for 40 minutes.
  • Remove meat and keep warm.
  • Blend cornstarch to smooth paste with the cream.
  • Stir into sauce. Simmer 5 munutes stirring constantly.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and serve with hot noodles.
