Chicken Livers in Wine

"This comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier."

  • Dip livers in flour and fry in butter in skillet or chafing dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add white wine when almost done.
  • Serve for brunch with scrambled eggs.
