Directions

  1. Lightly flatten chicken breasts.
  2. In a skillet saute chicken in butter until cooked,about 4-5 minutes per side,season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in orange juice,stir in 57 sauce and marmelade.
  5. Pour into skillet.
  6. Heat stirring constantly,until mixture boils.
  7. Return chicken to skillet,heat.
  8. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  9. Garnish with almonds.
  10. Serve with rice.
