  1. Made this but I felt it needed salt so I added about 1/2 teaspoon. Also, the sweet potatoes got all mushy so I would quarter them instead of diced. The chicken breast was a bit dry so maybe next time I will use skinless and boneless chicken thighs. However, it was tasty and my daughter and I enjoyed it.
