  1. Very tasty, easy to make. I sauted the breast in EV Olive Oil instead of butter. I threw in a handful of fresh broccoli about halfway into the cooking time. That was my only adaptation. I served it over noodles.

  2. This dish was INCREDIBLY good!! My entire family loved it, and there was nothing left when they were done! I made it exactly like the recipe states, without variation. I wouldn't change a thing!

  3. My husband is a huge marsala fan and loved this recipe. Thanks, I will definitely make again!

  4. This is very good. I did add another tbsp of cornstarch to thicken up the sauce. Will definitely make again!

  5. This was a great dish. I made it when we had company over, and everyone loved it! I've made chicken marsala before but this is the way I will make it from now on. I used baby portobello mushrooms and served mashed potatoes (sauce doubled up as gravy)and baked asparagus as side dishes. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.
