ingredients

4 chicken thighs
¹⁄₂ cup A.1. Original Sauce
¹⁄₄ cup dark chocolate
1 garlic clove
1 tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 avocado, sliced
¹⁄₂ cup corn kernel
2 cups rice, cooked

directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a blender mix together A1 steak sauce, chocolate, garlic, tomato, olive oil, and chipotle pepper.
Cover chicken in mixture ad bake for about 30 minutes until chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
Stir in corn and avocado.
Serve over rice.
