Directions

  1. Cook Pasta according to directions.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Onions for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken, garlic, and mushrooms. Saute until chicken is cooked almost through, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add evaporated milk, pepper, salt, peas and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Add pasta, stir to coat, and serve.
