Chicken Naranja

"Even our picky kids always liked this one! This is good over rice, we like the Lundberg wild rice combos. You MUST use fresh squeezed OJ, it won't be right otherwise."

  1. We loved the orange sauce which was lovely served over rice. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a lot of flavor due to the sauce. Thank you for a yummy meal!

  2. This was really great! We don't have Lundberg brand here, but I used a local favorite, and it was still YUMMY!! I made it double, and my husband said they fought over it at work. Thanks for posting!

I HATE to see people join the site, have no published recipes, but rag on another cook in a review on a recipe they haven't even tried or didn't follow. Oh, and I hate cilantro, too. :)
