Directions

  1. Combine chicken breast, water, onion, bay leaf, salt and pepper to saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken and skin.
  4. Cut up meat and add to cream of chicken soup.
  5. Add noodles, celery and parsley to soup.
  6. Simmer about 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
