  • Bring the water and bouillon to a boil.
  • Add egg noodles, butter and pepper.
  • Boil for about 10 minutes, or until noodles are done.

  1. This was okay, a little bland even with the pepper. I added a little cornstarch to the mix to thicken up the juice. Nobody complained about the noodles, but nobody asked for seconds, either. I don't know if I would make these noodles again. Thanks for the recipe, though.
     
  2. I adjusted the pepper to 1/2 tablespoon and it was still a little to much pepper but it tasted good. I used fat free chicken broth because I didn't have enough bouillon. A easy way to have the taste of chicken and noodles without having to cook the chicken.

Amounts of ingredients in my recipes are not exact. I do not usually measure anything. Also, when I use spices I throw in whatever may be in the cabinet at the time. Remember, most of the best recipes came from experiments and substitutions.
