SALAD
4 cups diced chicken (or use turkey leftovers)
¹⁄₂ cup celery, chopped
¹⁄₂ cup seedless grapes, cut in half
¹⁄₂ cup light mayonnaise
¹⁄₂ cup light sour cream
¹⁄₄ cup pecans, chopped
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon pepper
DRESSING
³⁄₄ cup salad oil
¹⁄₄ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon paprika
¹⁄₄ teaspoon dry mustard
¹⁄₂ cup jellied cranberry sauce

directions

For the salad: combine all ingredients reserving the chopped pecan for garnishing the top of the salad when served individually. Chill before serving.
For the cranberry dressing: blend all ingredients until smooth using food processor, blender or mixer. Pour over individual servings of salad.
