- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Roll chicken in melted butter first, then in parmesan cheese until they coat well.
- Place chicken in greased baking pan and drizzle a little extra butter over each piece.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.

I'm a new cooker. We've always eaten out a lot until the last year. I intentionally have been planning and making meals every evening and sitting around the table with the family.
