  • 10 pieces chicken thighs (with skin)
  • 1 12 cups butter (I have not tried this with margarine I do not like using it)
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese
  • 34 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (I add about 2 tablespoon more of Italian seasoning.to the bread crumbs )
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons granulated garlic, divided
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • Preheat oven to to 375°F.
  • Melt butter in a medium size sauce pan on low heat.
  • When the butter has melted, stir in 2 tablespoons of garlic lower the heat you do not want the butter to boil.
  • Once you have stirred in the garlic.add as many pieces of chicken that will cover the bottom of the sauce pan (DO NOT REMOVE THE SKIN FROM CHICKEN)
  • Cook for about 1 to 2 min on each side.
  • As the chicken is cooking in the sauce pan.mix all dry ingredients in a ziplock bag or a bowl
  • take chicken out of sauce pan and coat with the mixed bread crumbs
  • place in a baking dish skin side up. (If I have any dry ingredients left over I sprinkle it on the chicken in the baking dish before I put it in the oven I also do that with the butter too just drizzle over the chicken)
  • bake at 375 F for 45 minute or until done.
  • Do Not Turn Chicken over when cooking in the oven.
