- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a medium size sauce pan on low heat.
- When the butter has melted, stir in 2 tablespoons of garlic lower the heat you do not want the butter to boil.
- Once you have stirred in the garlic.add as many pieces of chicken that will cover the bottom of the sauce pan (DO NOT REMOVE THE SKIN FROM CHICKEN)
- Cook for about 1 to 2 min on each side.
- As the chicken is cooking in the sauce pan.mix all dry ingredients in a ziplock bag or a bowl
- take chicken out of sauce pan and coat with the mixed bread crumbs
- place in a baking dish skin side up. (If I have any dry ingredients left over I sprinkle it on the chicken in the baking dish before I put it in the oven I also do that with the butter too just drizzle over the chicken)
