  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish.
  3. Bake covered 15 minutes.
  4. In a sauce pan over medium high heat combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and garlic.
  5. Stir constantly until sauce is thickened.
  6. Pour over chicken; top with cheese.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes uncovered.
