  • Prepare pasta acording to the directions.
  • Saute onions in extra virgin olive oil.
  • Cut the chicken into 1/2 inch thick strips or cubes.
  • Cook thoroughly over medium heat with the onions.
  • Serve chicken over pasta. :).
