  1. Make a marinade with Vinaigrette, Cajun seasoning and lemon pepper. Marinate chicken breasts in this in plastic zipper bag for 2-3 hours.
  2. Saute your mushrooms in a small skillet with a touch of olive oil and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Crisp bacon in small skillet, set aside to drain on paper towel.
  4. Preheat grill pan (or cast iron skillet) to medium high and sear chicken for 3 minutes per side, or until nicely brown. Place in 350 degree oven to finish cooking, maybe 15 minutes.
  5. While they cook prepare your cream sauce:
  6. Melt butter in a 3-qt. saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  8. Slice chicken and put all ingredients together on a plate. Enjoy!
