  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add chicken, onions, and garlic. Salt & pepper chicken to taste and cook until chicken is browned. Add frozen bell peppers, turn heat to low, and let simmer until chicken is finished cooking.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to pakg directions. Drain and toss into the chicken mixture. Add basil and toss again. Serve with a sprinkling of romano cheese on top.
