  • 1 12 lbs ground chicken burgers
  • 1 (40 g) envelope onion soup mix
  • 14 cup capers, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, fresh

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Form into patties; grill or fry over medium heat, turning occasionally, until cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F.
  2. Delicious topped with Asiago cheese, garlic mayonnaise, and roasted red peppers. Yummy!
