  1. In a medium sized saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil.
  2. Fold in the pumpkin and blend for 3 minutes, then drain out the water.
  3. Now take a skewer and thread onto it the following: one chicken cube followed by one pineapple cube and followed by one pumpkin cube.
  4. Brush the chicken with the combined mixture of soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and garlic.
  5. Now, under moderate heat, grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
  6. Serve immediately(hot).
  7. Enjoy!
