  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pouch chicken in chicken broth, reserve broth.
  3. Cube chicken.
  4. Combine chicken, vegetables, mashed potatoes and 6 ounces of reserved chicken broth.
  5. Spread in 13 x 9 baking dish.
  6. Top with pie crusts, cut to fit.
  7. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until crust is nicely browned.
