- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- milk
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
directions
- Mix rice, soup, milk (just fill 1/2 of the soup can with milk) and mushrooms.
- Put in greased 9x13 pan.
- Place chicken on top of rice mix.
- Sprinkle dry soup mix over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

I was very disappointed with this recipe. I picked the recipe as I had all of the ingredients on hand and I thought my family would enjoy it. I followed it to the T assuming that the milk was 1 can. The rice was a starchy glob and the chicken breast were rubber. 2 hours was way too long for this to cook. Let's just say I had to cook a second dinner the night I made this.
