Directions

  1. Flour and brown the chicken in oil.
  2. Put rice, salt and pepper in a greased casserole or roasting pan and put onion on top.
  3. Add the mushrooms with the juice.
  4. Put chicken on top.
  5. Pour bouillon over and dot with marg.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
