  1. cook rigatoni.
  2. In a large pan, saute chicken in olive oil.
  3. add diced onion, green pepper, red pepper, hot cherry peppers, garlic, mushrooms, oregano, basil and parsley.
  4. Cook for about 10 minute.
  5. add sherry, chicken broth.
  6. cook for 5 minute.
  7. add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, parmesan.
  8. cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. serve over rigatoni.
