  1. Crush the chicken. Stir in 2 teaspoons of the egg, the breadcrumbs, onion and pinch salt.
  2. Blanch the beans and carrots in salted water.
  3. Stir a pinch of salt into the remaining beaten egg. Scramble the egg in oil until set.
  4. Cut a sheet of foil into a 10 inch square and place it on a sushi rolling mat.
  5. Brush with a small amount of oil. Spread with the chicken mixture, then the egg.
  6. Put the carrots and beans in the center. Roll as if for sushi.
  7. Place in a hot steamer. Cover and cook on high for 7-8 minutes. Slice into rounds.
