  • Sauté chicken using Pam Olive Oil spray. Chop when cooked.
  • Portion romaine into 5 Tupperware containers.
  • Chop up remaining ingridients and mix in large bowl. Spoon into each tupperware.
  • Add chicken to each tupperware.
  • Refrigerate.
