Directions

  1. Saute chicken breasts lightly in butter or margarine.
  2. Place each on a ham slice in a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
  3. In same skillet used for browning chicken, saute mushrooms.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and spoon over chicken and ham.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
