  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill them until they are completely cooked. Dice into bite sized pieces.
  • Combine all of the rest of the ingredients until everything is thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the chicken and stir to coat.

  1. I reduced the recipe to make a much smaller recipe for a light lunch. I liked the touch of Worcestershire. It's the first time I've used it in a chicken salad and it really added to the savory flavor. The pecans though were the highlight for me. Served on a bed of spring greens with sesame crackers. Made for Spring 2013 Pick A Chef.
