- 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded. Can use rotisserie chicken
- 1 1⁄2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups grapes, halved
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1 -2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
directions
- Combine all ingredients and fold together gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
